At the heart of every successful electronic solution is a functional, creative, intuitive and useable design. These core elements have real meaning to how we work with you to design an electronic solution to suit your needs. Our designs are a synthesis of strategic planning elements, so they are functional and intuitive to the right customer segment. They are creative and useable in how they display your business objectives, information and product offerings.

Our past designs have ranged in complexity and sheer scale. As a general guide we have found most site designs fit into one of three categories (assuming branding collateral is supplied):

Blog style informational layout: $300 + GST

Primary purpose of site is to convey information in a routine manner. Style sheet is matched to business strategic objectives, however detailed design is not appropriate for the site content or target visitor.

Multi style content layout: $600 - $1000 + GST

Site containing multiple content types and areas with corresponding presentation styles. Front page would typically have graphical featured areas, customised images, icons, menu elements. This is a very common form of solution.

Graphically dependent layout: from $1500 + GST

Some might say a picture is worth a thousand words. In many cases this holds true in the online environment. This level of design may feature a graphically rich introduction or all content may be presented through a creative and brand appropriate graphical layout.

As a method of communication, and to fulfil any strategic business objectives, we believe it is critical that a electronic solution needs to tick the following boxes. To begin with it needs to be intuitive and predictable. This point, although often overlooked and taken for granted, is a of great focus when we develop an electronic solution. If a user from a pre determined target segment cannot logically or intuitively find or navigate throughout your content, then the reason for displaying it is lost.

Closely intertwined with this, usability, relates to a website conveying a consistent message, in a usable and functional manner, to the highest possible percentage of target segment visitors. Although this is impossible to predict, we have found the following tiered billing approach provides an accurate representation of actual resource and planning requirements for each billed hour.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a very broad term, that defines and guides your efforts as a business to understand and manage all meaningful interactions and snippets of customer information.

As an example, in days gone by, a CRM system may have best been performed by a shop keeper of a small corner store, without him even being aware of it! When a customer (Mrs Smith) made her weekly visit to his shop, that shop keeper was a critical resource in knowing every important detail about Mrs Smith’s previous customer interactions. He knew her favourite slice of bread, which of her favourite fruit and veg was in season, and any ongoing accounts or discounts he may have arranged with Mrs Smith in the past. This personalised service played an important part in making Mrs Smith comfortable in the store, and made sure she kept coming back time and time again.

In our example, this ad hoc system ticks all the boxes - it is easy to manage, accurate and smart. Let’s fast forward to today’s business environment. This environment operates 24/7, and if a restraint like the working hours of a store keeper were placed around it, it loses a lot of its power.

Secure online payments and mail-order processing of credit cards in real time. All transactional steps are embedded within your website, avoiding the Paypal type removal from your site. Our payment processing can be incorporated in an eCanvas electronic solution, or into your pre existing solution.

Our payment processing is PCI Compliant, a set of guidelines developed to help organisations that process card payment prevent credit card fraud, hacking and various other security issues. A company processing, storing or transmitting credit card numbers must be PCI Data Security Standard compliant or risk losing the ability to process credit card payments.

Our credit card processing is very easy for your business, we charge a flat fee with no yearly or one off subscription costs. We simply retain a small commission of each sale processed. The balance is transferred to your nominated Australian bank account at regular (3 times per week) intervals.

With primary focus on the Google Adwords pay per click service, our paid campaigns can begin to drive qualified traffic into your solution instantly.

On the flip side, every visitor that you are lucky enough to welcome to your internet solution, provides an opportunity for revenue derived from banner advertisements or less intrusive services such as Google Ad Sense. Our client in this case requested that they retain their pre-existing site look feel and structure, whilst adding the ability to dynamically control and modify the content.
